As mentioned in its title, this action plan updates the previous Guam Energy Action Plan from 2013. Prepared by the University of Guam Center for Island Sustainability & Sea Grant (UOG CIS & Sea Grant) in partnership with the Guam Energy Office, It outlines Guam’s near-term strategies for building a more secure, affordable, and sustainable energy future. It identifies priority actions to improve energy efficiency, expand renewable energy, reduce reliance on imported fossil fuels, and strengthen collaboration among government agencies, utilities, and community partners.
