Guam Public Law 30-141 (Bill 320-20 (COR))

May 2010 - 30th Guam Legislature

Prepared by the 30th Guam Legislature, this law is essential to rooftop solar on island. This policy expanded net metering by increasing system size limits, making it easier for homeowners and businesses to install renewable energy systems and connect them to GPA’s grid. This Act amended net metering and raised the system capacity limits to 25 kilowatts (kW) for residential systems and 100 kW for non-residential systems.
